Best practices for CSR 1. One thing which is very critical is continuously doing activities within the company, as this helps in registering presence and building the team bigger. A few activities that helped us a lot in gaining recognition are as follow: a. Environment Awareness Campaign – this campaign was focused on resource conservation, such as Water, Electricity, Paper, Plastic and Food 2. Regular communication regarding activities such as, Republic Day celebrations at our projects
3. Regular meetings to brainstorm on various activities 4. Initiating activities within the organization 5. Making a core team (8-10 member) to brainstorm the ideas and the way forward. This also helps in creating redundancy in the team which is very critical as people change their jobs. 6. Have Single Point of Contact in the organization for all external communication 7. Communication should not happen from and individual’s ID instead make a Distribution List. This creates brand for the initiative and not for individual. 8. Employees of different corporates can join the meal a month program of AID Delhi. |
