AID Delhi has a new collaboration with Samarth located at I.P.Extension. Samarth is an initiative by two individuals, Yashpriya and
Saurabh.They found that a nearby school was not imparting
proper education.They figured out that all the children in the school
are not getting
proper attention from
the teachers and they were simply passed to the next class year after
year. So these motivated guys have started to
gather the children after their school hours and teach them. Also
children from nearby slum area has started attending the non formal
ecucation classes. The parents of the children have been
urged to send their children to
school. It is
really a great initative well supported by few
others. We are looking for committed volunteers who can be there
regularly and share their load and teach kids.
